Hi! I’m Billy Lommers, a filmmaker based in the Netherlands, with a passion for creating cinematic stories that leave an impact.

 

My journey into filmmaking began in 2017, right after I finished college. I took a leap of faith, chasing my dream of becoming a respected filmmaker. It’s been a wild ride ever since, filled with unforgettable moments and incredible opportunities.

 

Some of the standout moments of my career so far include filming for the official TOMORROWLAND aftermovie in both 2019 and 2023 (for Epic Cinema), touring with world-famous DJ ARMIN VAN BUUREN and capturing the energy of his shows (for Massivv Creations), collaborating with Wissam Abdallah to create aftermovies for Australia’s biggest hardstyle festivals like KNOCKOUT OUTDOOR and MIDNIGHT MAFIA, and creating the official recaps for THE STREAMERS and VRIENDEN VAN AMSTEL LIVE (for Massivv Creations).

 

For me, it’s about more than just the project — it’s about working with talented individuals who bring fresh ideas and energy to the table. These connections inspire me to grow and constantly push my creative boundaries.

 

Filmmaking is not just a job for me — it’s a true passion. Every project I take on is an opportunity to create something meaningful, and I approach each one with dedication and precision. I’m always ready for the next challenge — and who knows, maybe our paths will cross on the next one.
